Millie is the Prosperator Manager and Personal Development Guide for Raizcorp (Pty) Ltd. As the PM she is responsible for the day to day running of the Kramerville branch, overseeing the delivery of Guiding, learning and general compliance of the clients on the Comprehensive Enterprise Development Programme and the Raizcorp partner companies. 

 

Her passion for sustainable skills development processes has seen her developing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to project managing Learnership implementation processes. She consults on skills development and the strategic alignment of the BEE Codes of good practise and enterprise development.

Millie is a social scientist with postgraduate training in social and primary health concerns.   Committed to sustained economic development she has applied her academic knowledge and skills in both corporate and social responsibility projects.
